USE OF BOAT
NO REFUNDS ON WEATHER CONDITIONS.
1 To return the boat and engine in the same condition as taken, including the gas and oil levels.
2 To dock, anchor, and secure the boat and equipment as appropriate, to prevent damage to the boat, motor, equipment and /or dock, other boats or property as a result of existing or changing weather conditions.
3 To be fully responsible for all damages and all losses to boat, and motor, equipment and or other boats and property during the rental. I accept that lower unit damage may and can exceed $4,000.00
4 To be fully responsible for and keep the owner and its employees indemnified against all damages and injuries of every description which may occur on the boat, Motor, equipment or any part thereof or to pay any person or persons using the same property or any such persons arising directly through the carrying on of the business of the owner.
5 Rental Boats are NOT allow to be driven at Night.
6 To use the boat in the Abaco sound area.
7 To comply with all the boating rules and regulations, including those enforced by the Bahamas Department of Fisheries.
8 To accept and pay for all appropriate service charges for the service of the boat as a result of carelessness or neglect on part of the customer.
9 To fill the fuel tank and oil tank to capacity before returning the boat at the end of the rental.
10 The age requirement for persons renting and driving the boat is 21.
11 Renter accept and initials checklist for boat before leaving dock and also upon return of rental period expiring.
12 All boats must be returned by____5_____ p.m. the day the rental expires unless otherwise agreed to by Sunset Marine Employee___________
13 If you sink the boat by your default, you will be responsible for all repairs which could exceed $25,000.00
